These Terms of Service govern your use of jalzo's water delivery service, operated via WhatsApp in Delhi NCR. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

jalzo provides on-demand 20L water can delivery in Delhi NCR through WhatsApp. We offer morning (8am–12pm) and evening (3pm–7pm) delivery slots with cash on delivery payment.

2. Ordering

• Orders are placed via WhatsApp by messaging our business number
• You can order 1 to 50 cans per order
• Each order can be cancelled within 1 minute of placement
• After the 1-minute window, orders cannot be cancelled
• Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp after processing

3. Pricing & Payment

• Price is ₹20 per 20L water can
• Delivery is always free — no additional charges
• Payment is cash on delivery only
• Payment is collected by the delivery vendor at time of delivery
• Prices may change with prior notice

4. Delivery

• We deliver within our service areas in Delhi NCR
• Delivery slot is auto-assigned based on order time
• We aim to deliver within the promised slot but cannot guarantee exact times
• You must provide an accurate address and be available to receive the order
• Failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability may result in cancellation

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to place fraudulent orders, refuse payment for delivered orders without valid reason, abuse or harass our staff, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

jalzo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will notify active users of significant changes via WhatsApp where possible.

8. WhatsApp Communication

By using our service, you consent to receiving order-related communications via WhatsApp. You can opt out by sending "STOP" to our number, after which you will no longer be able to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
